I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, experience or flexibility. My classes are small, gentle, trauma-informed, and personalized with a focus on stretching, strengthening, breathing and being.

I also offer Shamanic Yoga Classes. What is Shamanic Yoga, you might be wondering? It’s very similar to my usual gentle yoga class with breathing, being, stretching & strengthening with some wonderful additions…Enjoy and ground as I drum for you, and maybe even sing a healing Indigenous song! Learn how to honour the Four Directions and the Elements (earth, water, fire and air) and move from your head to your heart where you will find more peace, balance and strength.

Classes are offered during the day, evenings and weekends. Sessions range from four to eight weeks in length and the investment is $20 per small, personalized 60-minute class.
