I am a Certified Wellness Coach, with over 15 years’ experience, and provide one-on-one coaching to clients in person (in Southwestern Ontario) and online via Zoom.

If you are keen to look at balancing diet, exercise and lifestyle, sleep, stress or other specific health concerns, than Wellness Coaching is likely a great option. Leigh’s approach is highly practical, motivating and inspiring with ongoing support. I support my clients in identifying and prioritizing what is important to them, as well as how to ensure it is sustainable in their schedule. I am committed to realistic, successful and sustainable change in her client’s wellbeing.

I use the principles of Ayurveda – the sister science of Ayurveda – to support clients and their path to wellness. Ayurveda is a time-tested healing modality recognized by the World Health Organization and has been around for over 5,000 years. Ayurveda helps us understand seasonal changes, our own unique nature, and what contributes to balance or a lack thereof. It is highly practical in nature and often small tweaks, versus major changes, make a world of difference to health, wellness and increased capacity to enjoy life.

I offer personal Wellness Coaching sessions to optimize health and well-being and restore balance. My approach is both natural and gentle with a focus on simple but profound diet and lifestyle adjustments. I often incorporate gentle yoga, meditation/mindfulness, sleep and stress strategies as well.

Investment is $395 and includes a two-hour consultation, written recommendations and a one-hour follow-up with revised recommendations. Subsequent sessions are $95 an hour.
