Leigh’s gentle yoga class is a pleasant blend of gentle and just challenging enough. I appreciate the intimate class size and Leigh’s accommodating style in adapting poses when needed, for example with problematic knees. The small class allows for extra touches such as offering an essential oil during the last pose, and often a choice of a hand or foot massage. I find I am much more relaxed at the end of each class!
Leigh’s approach must be working for me since in the past I have always been a ‘yoga class dropout’!!
